Welcome to our website
We are a friendly, four class Church of England primary school in the village of Forncett St. Peter. Our children are aged from 4 to 11 years and come from a wide surrounding area as well as from the village itself. Here, every child is very important to us whatever their abilities or circumstances and we pride ourselves on knowing them all well as individuals whom we feel privileged to work with. The school’s ethos is built on the foundation-stone that we should ‘love our neighbour as we love ourselves.’ This belief in treating one another as we would like to be treated is the core of all we do together as a learning community and makes for a happy and harmonious school where children feel safe, settled and ready to learn and grow. We warmly welcome visits to see our school in action. Please email or telephone if you’d like to know more.

Best wishes,
Judith Jones – Headteacher - 01508 530506 head@forncett.norfolk.sch.uk

FOFS Forncett Fun Run
The children were all given an information sheet and sponsorship form on Tuesday this week in preparation for our Fun Run event on Tuesday 17th October.  It would be wonderful if we could raise as much as we can as it will take at least £1000 to replace some of our old, worn out books.  The emphasis is on keeping fit and healthy and having fun whilst raising money for the books.  There will be stickers for those who complete the run on the day and certificates afterwards in a presentation assembly.  Children may bring a fancy dress costume or some crazy accessories to change into (safety first please!) when it’s time to get ready for the run. If you are able to help us on the day please let us know in the office as we need extra hands please.
